Monday - Rec level, beginners welcome! We start with skills drills and then play some games. Supportive, fun and low-pressure

Tuesday - Open level, all welcome! Just come ready to play. Meet new people and have some casual fun on the court.

Wednesday - Advanced/Intermediate ONLY! Highly competitive games, not recommended for beginners or anyone without a a competitive background in volleyball. Please use the notes below to determine if this is the right session for you.

Advanced - BB/A levels of play, fast paced and competitive. Excellent grasp of all skills, consistent and aggressive overhand serving that disrupts the other team and extensive knowledge of rotations, hitting/setting positions, and serving positions on the court. These can be former college athletes or athletes who continued competing at a competitive level post-high school in any fashion

Intermediate - B level of play, may struggle against faster competition and plays. Solid grasp of all skills but may only be comfortable playing one position. Consistent but not necessarily aggressive or strategic overhand serving and basic knowledge of court positions and rotations. This can also include masters level athletes who once played college or competitively after high school and are not recreational level but also not advanced anymore. It can also include athletes who only played high school but still have a good grasp on skills, talented self-taught players, or talented newcomers who are still learning.
